Meeting of the national duathlon on Lake Orta
E 'start to the rally of the Italian national duathlon on the beautiful shores of Lake d 'Orta. Two radiant sunshine greeted the athletes under the watchful eye of CT Andrea Compagnoni, who summoned the athletes Peak, Lambruschini, Samson, Stefani, Pasquinelli and Laura Giordano and later (currently involved in the Powerman Austria) will join Stefano Luciani and Fausto Dotti .
A rally that began Saturday, August 23 and runs until September 6 in order to check the preparation for the World Duathlon to be held in Rimini 27 and 28 September. An 'opportunity to train in what is a paradise for the triathlon and duathlon, one of the most fascinating pre-alpine lakes, the presence of roads and paths with little traffic that offer breathtaking views of the mountains a few miles and all of the infrastructure Lago d'Orta make an ideal workout.
An opportunity exploited by our National duathlon which we hope will be the beginning of a lasting bond between Lago d'Orta and multi-sport disciplines.
Several appointments will be at the meeting: thanks to collaboratio 
and the Cusio Turismo Consortium ( www.lagodorta-cusio.com ) for the athletes can not only profitable but also the training of visiting typical , the perfect marriage between art and environment and sample local specialties. There will be an opportunity for amateurs who want to be able to compare with the national duathlon in a "tourist" as well as meetings with children and moments of social life. In one of these, Friday, Sept. 5, the presentation of Cusio Cup, circuit races on the shores of Lake Orta in his prologue that will be reserved for an elite and Olympic triathlon age-group organized by the Charles Poletti Team in Orta S. Julius on 5 October.
